I. Product Information The PrimeAX 1-2-3 with pre-configured Master and Slave APs, the simple, secure, complete and expandable Wi-Fi system with the Wi-Fi 6 technology for wireless speeds up to 1800Mbps.

II. Hardware Installation & Initial Setup This section will guide you through the steps to set up your PrimeAX 1-2-3(Mater) and PrimeAX 1-2-3(Slave). II-1. Connect AP to a router 1. Connect the LAN port of your router to your PrimeAX 1-2-3(Mater) and PrimeAX 1-2-3(Slave) Ethernet port using an Ethernet cable. 2. Connect your router to your computer using an Ethernet network cable. NOTE: 1.
II-2. Connect AP to a PoE switch Please follow the steps below if PoE switch is used. 1. Connect your router to your PoE switch using an Ethernet network cable. The AP will be powered by the switch. NOTE: Please wait a moment for the AP to start up. The AP is ready when the LED is Blue. Do not use the power adapter if you are using a PoE switch. NOTE: Please note that PrimeAX (Mater & Slave) are pre-configured.
III.Setup Wizard The Setup Wizard will help you setup your PrimeAX 1-2-3 and configure its basic settings. Please follow the steps below to access the PrimAX 1-2-3 Web UI. 1. Open a web brower amd enter the AP’s default IP address “192.168.2.2” into the URL bar. 2. You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter the default username “admin” and password “1234” and clieck the Sign in button.
3. Home screen and Setup Wizard will be shown. There are 5 steps to complete the wizard setup. Please follow the step-by-step setup to configure your PrimeAX 1-2-3. Click the Run Wizard button to start the setup wizard.
III-1. Setup 1 (Changing Username/ Password) Enter your New Username, New Password and Confirmed Password then click the “Next” button. NOTE: The password must contain 6-32 characters.
III-2. Setup 2 (Time Zone) Choose the correct time zone for your server. Afterwards, click the Next button to confirm.
III-3. Setup 3 (Device Discovery Tool) The Device Discovery Tool will discover all PrimeAX 1-2-3 APs on the network showing their MAC address, device name, model, IP address and status. Once the PrimeAX 1-2-3 APs are powered up and connected to the network correctly, they can be discovered using the Device Discovery Tool.

Authentication System security must be the same for all APs Failed in the AP array. Please check security settings. III-4. Setup 4 (Wi-Fi Settings) This page helps you to configure the PrimeAX 1-2-3’s wireless settings. 1. 2. 3. 4. Enter the 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSID Name Click “Encryptions” and select your desired Security Mode. Enter your desired 2.4GHz and 5GHz password in the passphrase field. Click the Next button to confirm. NOTE: You can hide or unhide the 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSID by clicking the Hide network button.
III-5. Setup 5 (Confirmation) After you complete the Setup 1~4 with the Wizard, the Confirmation page will be displayed. Please check if the cofigurations are all correct. Click the Apply button to confirm.
NOTE: Please do not refresh the page or turn off the power when the device is rebooting. After completing the PrimeAX 1-2-3 Setup Wizard, if you trying to run the wizard again, the warning message will be popped up as below. Click the Exit button to exit the Wizard or click the Run Wizard to start the setup.
IV. Connect your devices to PrimeAX 1-2-3 Please follow the steps below to connect your devices to PrimeAX 1-2-3 after completing the Wizard Setup. 1. Go to Wi-Fi network 2. Look for the PrimeAX 1-2-3 SSID name which you changed from the Wizard. 3. Click the SSID and enter the password to connect.
1. Go to the main page of PrimeAX 1-2-3. 2. Scroll down to the Slave Mode section. 3. Warning message will be popped up. Click the OK button to continue or cancel to close the dialog box. 4. Device will start rebooting.
VI. Pairing Additional PrimeAX +1 Please follow the steps below to pair additional PrimeAX +1 access point to the master access point. 1. Connect PrimeAX +1 APs to the same network as the PrimeAX 1-2-3 Master AP. The figure below shows a sample setup of a PrimeAX 1-2-3 Master with different PrimeAX +1 slave units, and connected Wi-Fi clients defined in network group. 2. Connect the power adapter to the PrimeAX +1 AP and plug the power adapter into a power supply.
VII. Reset If you experience problems with your AP, you can reset the device back to its factory settings. 1. Press and hold the reset button on the AP for at least 10 seconds then release the button. You may need to use a pin or similar sharp object to push the reset button. 2. Wait for the AP to restart. The AP is ready for setup when the LED is Blue.
