Verwijder de glasplaat boven de groentelade niet om een goede luchtcirculatie te garanderen. Kleine stukken kunnen zelfs rechtstreeks vanuit de vriezer gekookt worden als ze nog bevroren zijn: in dat geval zal de bereiding iets langer duren. 5.
