Opener Main Body in a dishwasher.

7. Avoid contact with moving parts.

Keep hands, face, jewelry or loose

clothing away from the can opener

drive wheel and blade.

8. The use of attachments not

recommended by the appliance

manufacturers may cause fire,

electric shock or injury.



9. Do not operate this or any

other appliance with a damaged

cord or plug or after the

appliance malfunctions, or is

dropped or damaged in any

manner. Return the appliance to

the nearest authorized service

facility for examination, repair

or electrical or mechanical

adjustment.

10. Do not use outdoors. This

appliance is for household use

only.

11. Do not let cord or plug hang

over edge of table, or counter

or touch hot surfaces.

12. Do not use this Can Opener to

open pressurized (aerosol-type)

cans.

13. Do not use this Can Opener to

open cans of flammable liquids

such as lighter fluids.

14. Do not place Can Opener on or

near a hot gas or electric burner

or stove or in a heated oven.

15. Do not use this appliance for

anything other than intended

use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS PARTS & FEATURES To Open Cans: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Plug the Can Opener into a working outlet. Fit the Can Opener Handle into the keyhole on the Main Body. Lift the handle to a vertical position and place rim of can on top of the drive wheel next to the Blade, allowing the magnet to make contact with the lid of the can. Press Can Opener handle down to pierce lid and begin cutting action. Let go of lever and can opener will continue cutting. ¾ 6.

SHORT CORD PURPOSE NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. If an extension cord is used: (1) the marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product; (2) the extension cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can unintentionally be pulled on or tripped over by children or pets.
