CWS7 kd -Cookware Stand – Knock Down
Enclosed you will find everything needed for the assembly
and use of your storage rack. Two people make assembly
and installation easier. The parts and hardware included are:

21 – Barrel Nuts ~ 10 x 24 x 7/16” 3 – Uprights
21 – Barrel Screws ~ 10 x 24 x 5/16” 7 – Sets of Shelves (1 - 7) Each set contains 3 shelf arms
3 – Felt Pads
2 – 5/32” Hex Key
Rack Assembly
1) Place two of the three uprights on a firm surface with the angled ends both at one end. (NOTE: one upright should have the
angled tab facing up toward the ceiling, while the other upright tab is facing in the opposite direction.)
NOTE: Before attaching the shelves in the next steps, we recommend that you insert the barrel screws and bolts, all in the
same direction on the shelves and each upright for a uniform look.
2) Locate Shelf #7 (set of three) starting at the bottom of the rack. Using two of the three shelves, attach the two shelves by
inserting a barrel and bolt through the hole in one end of the shelf, through the upright and THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE
OTHER SHELF. Attach the 3 pieces making sure the upright is between the two shelves with the barrel screws and bolts,
Do NOT fully tighten at this time
3) Using the third shelf of the set repeat Step #2 for the second upright.
4) Locate the third upright and attach to the remaining open ends of the shelf, as in Steps 2 and 3.
5) Repeat Steps 2-4 using the #1 set of shelves at the opposite end or top of the stand.
6) Your stand is ready to stand up.
7) Repeat Steps 2 – 5 for the remaining 5 sets of shelves.
8) Level rack and tighten TOP shelf first, then the bottom shelf. Square up the unit and securely tighten all fasteners.
It is important that your rack is assembled correctly. If the unit is assembled or used incorrectly, it
could become unstable and collapse, possibly causing injury.
