SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be clean and free from any loose coating.

Thoroughly clean bare concrete using TripleCrown™
concrete cleaner. Painted or coated concrete must be
thoroughly pressure washed. Loose paint and coating must
be removed prior to application. Repair cracks over 1/4”
with a paintable polymeric concrete patching compound
(follow manufacturer’s instructions).

APPLICATION

Apply two thorough coats. Apply between 40 and 90
degrees F. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24
hours prior to or 8 hours after application.

Using a brush, ll cracks and feather edges. Allow to
dry. Apply rst and second coats with a 3/4” nap
roller. Apply rst coat by pouring a small amount
onto the concrete in an “S” pattern. Quickly spread.
Repeat until entire rst coat is applied. Apply second
coat once rst coat is dry. Avoid leaving lap marks on
either coat. Using a 1/2 inch nap roller, apply two light
coats of SealBack™ clear sealer after second coat is
dry. Do not apply over sealed concrete. A sealer that
is resistant to hot-tire-pick-up must be used in
applications involving vehicles.
