• Report the damage to the delivery company immediately.
If you do not do this your insurance coverage will become
invalid.
• If the delivery company does not want to check the
damage you can return the damaged goods to Videor
Technical. (cf. step 2)

processed and will be sent back to you.

The issued RMA No. applies for a period of 14 days.
Step 3
• You can nd RMA form on our website at
www.videortechnical.com/rma/en
• Enter the RMA No. in the respective eld on the RMA form and
ll in the form completely.
• Please state the number for the return reason on the form and
give a detailed description in case of repairs, modications or
transport damages.
Step 4
• Include a completed RMA form with your return consignment,
together with a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
• Write the RMA No. on the outside of the package. Please do not
write the RMA No. on the original product packaging.

The goods must be properly packaged.
• Send the package carriage paid to the address that you can nd
on the back of this catalogue.
• You can download price lists in Excel and PDF format in
seconds from our website. For net or gross prices.
The price lists will be generated online for you. Fully
up-to-date. Nothing could be easier.
• You no longer have to calculate your prices yourself using
the quotation sheet. You see your personal purchase price
directly next to the product. If you want to pass on list
prices to your customers simply download the gross
price list.
