Use the following procedure to setup the charger for battery equalisation.
Understanding The Silent Mode Function
The charger also comes with a unique function called Silent
Mode, which will stop the internal fan from operating. TIP: Use
this function during night time or when a quiet environment
is needed. Please also note that the charging time will increase
in this mode because the charger is not running at maximum power. This
function can switch to ON or OFF at any time during the charging period.
To set this function, press and hold ‘SEL’ key for 3 seconds to execute the
‘Silent’ mode. The unit is in silent mode when the word AUTO appears on
the display.
To turn this function o, press and hold the ‘SEL’ function for 3 seconds
to exit the ‘Silent’ mode. The ‘Silent’ icon on the display will turn o and
the charger current and the fan speed will return to normal.
The charger will automatically depart ‘Silent’ Mode after 12 hours from
initial depress.
