technicalproductstocertaincountries,unlessalicensetoexporttheproductisobtainedfromtheU.S.Governmentor
anexceptionfromobtainingsuchlicensemayberelieduponbytheexportingparty.

Kazakhstan,Laos,Libya,Macau,Moldova,Mongolia,NorthKorea,thePeople’sRepublic
ofChina,Russia,Tajikistan,
Turkmenistan,Ukraine,Uzbekistan,Vietnam,orsuchothercountriesasmaybedesignatedbytheUnitedStates
Government),(ii)exporttoCountryGroupsD:1orE:2(asdefinedherein)thedirectproductoftheProgramorthe
technology,ifsuchforeignproduceddirectproductissubjecttonational
securitycontrolsasidentifiedontheU.S.
CommerceControlList,or(iii)ifthedirectproductofthetechnologyisacompleteplantoranymajorcomponentofa

Programisconsideredcommercialcomputersoftwareinaccordance
withDFARSsection227.7202‐3anditssuccessors,
anduse,duplication,ordisclosurebytheU.S.Governmentissubjecttorestrictionssetforthherein.
