1. Che ck!the!power!co rd,!m aking!sure!it!is!plugged!in!all!the!way!and!securely!
connected!to!the!back!of!t he!Entone!Set!Top!Box.!
2. If!it!is!plugged!into!an!outlet!that!is!controlled!by!a!wall!switch,!make!sure!
the! switch!i s!in!the!“On”!p osition. !

The!Standby!indicator!is!Amber!and!the!service!is!not!working.!

1. Press!the!TV,!then!PWR!on!the!remote!to!turn!on!the!tel evision.!
2. Press! th e! STB! button! then! PWR! to! initiate! control! of ! KPU! Commvision!
functions!to!verify! that!the!Entone!Set!To p!Box!is!turned!on.!
3. Reboot! th e!Entone! Set!Top! Box! if! the! Standby! light! does! not! turn!Green!
afte r!a!few!minutes.!!(Instr uctions'below)!
4. If! the! problem! p ersists! after! rebooting,! please! contact! our! R epair!

Wel come' page! for! information! specific ! to! your!installation.!! Press! the!TV!
button! a nd! then! the! IN PUT! button! on! your! remote! to! cycle ! through! the!
input!options.!!Match!the!input!on!the!Welcome'page!to!the!input!on!the!
television.!
3. Reboot! the! Entone! Set! Top! Bo x! if! there! is! still! no! picture.! ! (Instructions'
below)!

Reboot!the!Entone!Set!Top!Box!

1. Unplug!the!Entone !Set!Top!Box!for!10‐20!seconds!and!plug!it!back!in.!
2. The! Standby!light! should!turn!green!within!one!(1)!min ute,!followed ! by! a!
series!of! loading! scre ens.!! It! may!take!several!minutes!for! thi s!pro cess!to!
complete.!!
