CHARACTER GENERATOR

Character Generator ROM (CG ROM)

SED1220 cntains the character generator ROM (CG

ROM) consisted of up to 256 types of characters.

Character size is 5 × 8 dots.

Tables 5 though 7 show the SED1220** character code.

Concerning the 4 characters from 00H through 03H, the

system command selects on which of CG ROM and CG

RAM they are to be used.

SED1220 CG ROM is mask ROM and compatible with

customized ROM. Contact us for its use in your system.
