Hex Bolt
Mold Bottom

Prior to making a connection, read and follow the full instruction sheet IPRF, the full
instruction sheet shipped with CADWELD (IPX), and special instructions below.
Place lug on hex bolt in mold bottom, as shown above.
1.
Clamp mold bottom to rail using vise grips.
2.
Lock top sections of mold together using "E-Z" Change Clamp.
3.
Position mold top on mold bottom.
4.
Lock top and bottom mold halves together using frame toggles.
5.
Pack all openings between mold and rail which may leak molten metal with

mold sealant material from ERICO. (ERICO part number T403)
Follow standard welding procedures.
7.
Unlatch toggle clamps and vise grips and remove mold bottom.
8.
Open "E-Z" Change Clamp on top section of mold and remove mold top.
