Stop Pin

If stop pin is flush with coupler body:

PUSH PIN IN AND THROUGH CENTER OF COUPLER

If stop pin is

not

flush with coupler body:

PULL PIN OUT

(Do not push thru)

Step 1:

Read all instructions and procedures. Ensure LENTON LOCK is sized properly with project plans.

Refer to product instruction sheet for coupler installation procedure details. Additional copies of instructions

and application information are available at www.erico.com

Step 2

Place coupler on each rebar end until the rebar touches the stop pin.

Mark the rebar to ensure proper coupler/rebar engagement.

Step 3

To allow rebar to pass entirely through the coupler, remove stop pin

by pulling it out or by punching through toward ID of sleeve and discard.

Step 4

Slide coupler onto free rebar.

Always use appropriate safety equipment such as eye protection, hard hat, and gloves as appropriate to the application.
