OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
ECO function
This appliance has an ECO function. When the ECO function is selected, the appliance operates
at the optimum settings (5 °C / -18 °C). The ECO function has no time limit and remains activated
until the function is disabled.
Activating/disabling the ECO function
1. Unlock the control panel; touch the menu key for 3 seconds.
2. Touch (several times) the menu key until the ECO pictogram is illuminated.
▷ The function is activated.
3. Touch (several times) the menu key until the ECO pictogram is not illuminated any more.
▷ The function is disabled.
Holiday function
This appliance has a holiday function. If you are going to be away for a long period of time, you
can activate this function. The temperature of the fridge is automatically set to 15 °C and the
temperature of the freezer to -18 °C.
Do not store any food in the fridge during this time.
Activating/disabling the holiday function
1. Unlock the control panel; touch the menu key for 3 seconds.
2. Touch (several times) the menu key until the holiday pictogram is illuminated.
▷ The function is activated.
3. Touch (several times) the menu key until the holiday pictogram is not illuminated any more.
▷ The function is disabled.
Open door alarm
When a compartment door is open for too long, an alarm signal sounds and ‘dr’ shows on the
display.
Stopping the alarm
1. Close the door.
▷ The alarm will stop sounding.
If the door is still open after 10 minutes, the alarm will stop automatically.
