Your Evo Flattop Grill is shipped either
partially assembled or fully assembled.
If you have purchased a partially assembled
unit, then you will need to follow the instruc-
tions outlined in the table of contents starting
from the beginning.
If you have purchased an fully assembled unit,
then you can skip pages 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15,
and move immediately to installing your cook-
ing surface (page 14) and the connection of
your LP (propane) or natural gas connection
(pages 16-21).
