Area (Building) Level Drop-down Menu

The Area (Building) level drop-down menu contains functions that you can apply to the selected Area

level. Click the drop-down menu button next to the Area name to display the drop-down menu.

The drop-down menu for buildings contain the following functions:

Function Description

Alarms Accesses the Alarms tab where you can view the alarms for the

selected Area. See Alarms on page 477 for more information.

Properties Opens the Properties overlay for the selected Area.

Readiness Test Validates that devices in the area scope are management ready

(that is, devices can be manage through ASDP). You are alerted of

problem areas. (See Readiness Test on page 787 for more

information.)
