• Employee Devices—Describes the various icons used to represent the state of devices other than

Laptops, MCDs, and Mobile Phones assigned to employees as identiﬁed by AirDefense

• High Priority Visitor Devices—Describes the various icons used to represent the state of devices

identiﬁed as High Priority Visitor devices

• Visitor Devices—Describes the various icons used to represent the state of visitor devices

• Low Priority Visitor Devices—Describes the various icons used to represent the state of devices

identiﬁed as belonging to Low Priority Visitors

The following icons describe devices that are identiﬁed by AirDefense but are yet to be classiﬁed:

Icon Description

A Wireless Client that is sanctioned by AirDefense and is currently

probing but is not associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client that is not sanctioned by AirDefense and is

currently probing but is not associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client on a neighboring network that is currently

probing but is not associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client that has not been seen by a Sensor and is

currently probing but is not associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client that is sanctioned by AirDefense and is currently

probing and is associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client that is not sanctioned by AirDefense and is

currently probing and is associated to a BSS.

A Wireless Client on a neighboring network that is currently

probing and is associated to a BSS.
