If you want to automatically backup the logs on a particular schedule, conﬁgure the following ﬁelds.

Field Description

Daily The following conﬁgurations are available for the Daily schedule.

• Every - Use this ﬁeld to take a daily backup every set number of

days. Use the spinner control to set the number of days between

two consecutive backups. The value can be set between 1-31

days.

• Weekdays - Use this ﬁeld to enable backups to be taken only on

week days. Backups are not taken on weekends, i.e., Saturdays

and Sundays.

• Weekdays - Use this ﬁeld to enable backups to be taken only on

weekends. Backups are only taken on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Choose Time - Use this ﬁeld to set the time when the backup is

taken every day.

Weekly The following conﬁgurations are available for the Weekly schedule.

• Select Weekday - Use this drop-down list to select the speciﬁc

weekday or weekdays on which this schedule will run. Use the

check-box before each day to select it. You can select multiple

weekdays.

• Choose Time - Use this ﬁeld to set the time when the backup is

taken every selected weekday.

Monthly The following conﬁgurations are available for the Monthly

schedule.

• Select Month - Use this drop-down list to select the speciﬁc

month or months during which this schedule will run. Use the

check-box before each month to select it. You can select

multiple months.

• Day - Use the Day control to indicate the numerical date on

which this schedule will run. For example, if this value is ﬁfteen

(15), then this schedule is run on the 15th of the selected month

or months.

• Last day of the month - Use this control to indicate the schedule

is to be run on the last day of the month of the selected month

or months.

• Use the last option to indicate a speciﬁc schedule that is

repeated at a particular combination. For example, if the values

are Second and Saturday, then this schedule will run only on

the second Saturday of the selected month or months.

• Choose Time - Use this ﬁeld to set the time when the backup is

taken every selected month or months.
