Field Description
Path The path on the remote server on which the configuration,
firmware, and provisioning information is stored. It is recommended
to leave this entry blank or use the root folder (/).
Port The port field is automatically populated. It is dependent on the
protocol selected.
Username The user account used to access the remote relay server.
Password The password for the above account.
If your relay server is a part of the network that uses NAT (Network Address Translation), use the Use a
dierent host address.... field to configure the above details for that server with a NAT address. This
configuration is the same as the above, however, the IP address of the relay server will change.
Import Relay Servers
To import the relay server information, use the Please Select drop-down list located to the top left of
this screen. Select Import Parameters from the list. The following dialog displays.

Click the Choose File button to browse for the csv file containing the relay server information. Use the
Upload button to upload the information to the AirDefense appliance.
The structure of the import file is:

ername,appliancePassword
Use the Get Template option from the Please Select control to get a template that you can use to
provide your relay server information. When you select this option, the template opens in a separate
browser window/tab. Select the contents of this window/tab and save it locally as a file with a .csv
extension.
Things to remember when importing Relay Server information
Keep the following in mind when you importing Relay Server information.
Servers must be specified in pairs. You must specify a device connection and an ADSP connection in
one entry.
Even if the servers are the same, you must still enter the information for both the servers.
