AirDefense has four default role types with dierent levels of access to its functionality.
Admin - Gives users read/write permission to all functional areas.
Guest - Gives users read permission to Alarm Management, Reporting, Analysis Tools, and
Connection Troubleshooting. No access is provided for the other functional areas.
Helpdesk - Gives users read/write permission to Connection Troubleshooting. No access is provided
for all other function areas.
Operation Center - Gives users read/write permission to all functional areas except Appliance
Management, Network Management, and System Configuration. No access is provided for these
three function areas
The Admin User can assign one of these default roles to each account or can customize a user role
regardless if the account is a user account or group account.
Customized User Roles
You can customize roles by giving the account no access, read only access, or read/write access to the
individual functional areas.
