and should never be used as a Fall Protection attachment point.

Never attach any Lanyard, SRL or other fall protection connecting

device to these D-rings. Any attempt to do so may lead to serious

injury or death.

Appenix B: Titanium™ Coated Harnesses

FallTech Titanium™ series harnesses are constructed with webbing

featuring our Microshield™ technology, which is a thin polycoat film.

These products are ideally suited for use in harsh environments where

the harness may be exposed to chemicals, oil, paint and other

contaminants. FallTech Titanium™ products are also more resistant to

abrasion than traditional polyester webbing harnesses, making them

ideal for a wide variety of tough jobs.

For best results and maximum longevity, inspect this product

thoroughly before and after each use. The webbing can be cleaned with

a mild soap and water solution applied with a damp rag. If the webbing

becomes contaminated with paint, oil, grease or any other liquid,

chemical or biological contaminant – clean it up at your earliest

opportunity. After cleaning, wipe it down with a dry cloth or rag and hang

it up, allowing it to air dry.

If you are using this product in a location where you are exposed to

dangerous chemical or biological substances or compounds,

decontaminate this product and/or dispose of it in accordance with the

established policy and procedure at your work location and in

accordance with state and federal regulations governing the disposal of

hazardous waste.
