Warranty

Most of our products have a 6 month warranty from the time of

purchase. Exceptions are:

 3000W model lamps, 150W model lamps, 45W and 105watt

compact fluorescent bulbs have a 30 day warranty.

 Flash tubes have a 30 day warranty. Used flash tubes cannot be

returned.

 Opened muslin backdrops cannot be returned.

Disclaimer

Fancierstudio is not responsible for any damages or injuries injuries

incurred as a result of not following instructions when using our

photography supplies, which includes lighting kits and compact

fluorescent light bulbs.

Fancierstudio is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not

receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

 We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning

returned merchandise.

 Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the

carrier for the full amount of purchase.

 Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be

refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
