Bei Verwendung anderer Motoren: • Beachten Sie die Grenzwerte für Kräfte und Geschwindigkeiten ( 12 Technische Daten und 13 Kennlinien im Anhang). 3 Transport und Lagerung • Berücksichtigen Sie das Gewicht des Elektrozylinders. Je nach Ausführung wiegt der ESBF bis zu 35 kg.
ESBF-BS • Vergleichen Sie die Grenzwerte in dieser Bedienungsanleitung mit denen Ihres Einsatzfalls (z. B. Kräfte, Momente, Temperaturen, Massen, Geschwindigkeiten). Nur die Einhaltung der Belastungsgrenzen ermöglicht ein Betreiben des Produkts gemäß der einschlägigen Sicherheitsrichtlinien. • Berücksichtigen Sie die Toleranz der Anziehdrehmomente. ESBF-BS Zur Be- und Entlüftung der Druckausgleichsöffnung bei Variante ESBF-...-S1/F1: • Drehen Sie eine Verschraubung G1/8 in das Gewinde 4. • Verwenden Sie einen Schlauch zur Zu- und Ableitung sauberer Luft. Die Entlüftung sollte in einem geschützten Bereich (staubund feuchtgkeitsfrei) oder in einem großen Ausgleichsbehälter erfolgen. Alternativ kann ein geringer Überdruck (max. 0,2 bar) als Sperrluft angelegt werden. 4 Fig.
ESBF-BS Einbau externen Zubehörs Zum Schutz der Endlagen vor unkontrolliertem Überfahren: • Prüfen Sie, ob Näherungsschalter erforderlich sind (als Sicherheits-Endschalter oder Hardware-Endschalter). Bei Verwendung von Näherungsschaltern (Sensoren): • Verwenden Sie Näherungsschalter mit Öffner-Funktion. Diese schützen den ESBF bei gebrochenem Näherungsschalter-Kabel vor Überfahren der Endlage. • Verwenden Sie Sensorleisten oder Befestigungsbausätze ( www.festo.com/catalogue).

The exhausting process should be conducted in a protected area (free from dust and moisture) or in a large pressure reservoir. ESBF-BS Installing the external accessories To protect the end positions against uncontrolled overrunning: • Check whether proximity sensors are necessary (as safety limit switches or hardware limit switches). If you are using proximity switches (sensors): • Use proximity sensors with normally-closed function. These protect the ESBF from overrunning the end position if the proximity sensor cable is fractured. • Use sensor rails or mounting kits ( www.festo.com/catalogue).
ESBF-BS 6 Commissioning Warning Moving masses can cause personal injury and material damage (risk of crushing). • Make sure that, in the travel range, – nobody can place his/her hand in the path of the moving components (e.g. through a protective guard), – there are no foreign objects in the path of the moving components. ESBF-BS Montaje de accesorios externos Para evitar que se sobrepasen las posiciones finales de forma incontrolada: • Verifique si es necesario usar detectores de proximidad (como finales de carrera de seguridad o interruptores por hardware). Si utiliza detectores de proximidad (sensores): • Utilice detectores de proximidad con función de contacto normalmente cerrado. Estos evitarán que el ESBF sobrepase la posición final si se rompe el cable de un detector de proximidad.

ESBF-BS Montage d'accessoires externes Pour protéger les fins de course contre tout dépassement incontrôlé : • Vérifier si des capteurs de proximité sont nécessaires (sous la forme de capteurs de sécurité ou matériels). En cas d’utilisation de capteurs de proximité : • Utiliser des capteurs de proximité avec contact à ouverture. Ces derniers protègent l'ESBF contre le dépassement de la fin de course en cas de rupture du câble des capteurs de proximité.
ESBF-BS 6 Mise en service Avertissement Les masses mobiles représentent un danger potentiel pour les personnes ou les objets (écrasements). • Dans la zone de déplacement, s'assurer : Fig. 8 – que personne ne pénètre dans la trajectoire des composants en mouvement (par ex. par une grille de protection), – qu’aucun corps étranger ne pénètre dans cette zone. L'ESBF doit être accessible uniquement après arrêt complet de la masse.

ESBF-BS Per l'alimentazione e lo scarico del foro di compensazione della pressione con la variante ESBF-...-S1/F1: • Avvitare un raccordo nella filettatura G1/8 4. • Utilizzare un tubo flessibile per l'alimentazione e la derivazione dell'aria pulita. Lo sfiato deve avvenire in una zona protetta (priva di polvere ed umidità) o in un grande serbatoio di compensazione. In alternativa può essere applicata una lieve sovrapressione (max. 0,2 bar) come aria di bloccaggio. 4 Fig.
ESBF-BS Montaggio di accessori esterni Per evitare che l'attuatore superi le posizioni di fine corsa in modo incontrollato: • Controllare se sono necessari interruttori di prossimità (come finecorsa di sicurezza o finecorsa hardware). In caso di utilizzo di interruttori di prossimità (sensori): • Utilizzare interruttori di prossimità con commutazione NC. Questi proteggono l'ESBF dal superamento della posizione di finecorsa in caso di rottura del cavo dell'interruttore di prossimità.
ESBF-BS 6 Messa in servizio Avvertenza Le masse in movimento possono danneggiare persone o oggetti (pericolo di schiacciamento). • Predisporre adeguate misure allo scopo di impedire che negli spazi necessari – non sia possibile introdurre le mani nella direzione in cui si spostano le parti movimentate (ad es. montando delle griglie di protezione), – non siano presenti oggetti estranei. Deve essere possibile accedere all'ESBF solamente quando il carico è fermo. Fig.
