For record chaining (only valid when MC=1):
= 0: Record chaining interrupted. At least one chaining
condition was not reached.
= 1: Record chain was processed to the end of the chain.

The first chaining condition has been achieved if, after the first record with chaining contidition,
motion complete = 1.
