9 0x0200 Reserved (= 0)
10 0x0400
11 0x0800 Jog Mode positive (like FHPP CPOS.B3)
12 0x1000 Jog Mode negative (like FHPP CPOS.B4)
13 0x2000 Teach (like FHPP CPOS.B5)
14 0x4000 In direct mode:
0 = normal path generator
1 = energy optimised
Note: Only available for control via the field bus, not via CI.
15 0x8000 In direct mode:
0 = configured values for acceleration and deceleration
1 = symmetrical ramp (deceleration = acceleration)
