TROUBLESHOOTING:
There can be a few different causes as to why your winch has stopped working properly. At no stage
in troubleshooting your light do we recommend or encourage disassembling your winch as this will
void any warranty on the item/items.
Winch not working at all
1. Please check whether all motor connections are clean and tight. If it does not work, please
carefully reattach the cable to the motor to see whether it works. Because the fault is likely to be
found in motor terminals and cables.
2. Please check whether the connections of control box or battery is right.
3. It is recommended to try both the wireless and wired mode.
4. Please check the conditions of the earth cable, because a bad one could cause damage to the motor
and prevent winch from working.
