Winch only working in one direction
1. Please repair or replace solenoid, or tap solenoid to loosen contacts.
2. Please check whether your remote is damaged.
Motor does not turn on
1. Please replace remote battery and tighten nuts and check whether all connections are clean and tight.
2. Please fully charge battery or tap solenoid to loosen contacts.
3. If these steps still failed, please visit www.fieryred.com for professional help.
The winch motor is trying to turn the drum but something is preventing it from moving.
1. It is likely that the winch brake needs to be adjusted, which could be solved by visiting
www.fieryred.com
The winch is running slower than normal
1. It is likely that the battery is weak, please recharge it and then run winch with vehicle motor running.
Note: please use only supplied power cords.
The winch motor is heating up when used
1. Check that all the connections are clean and tight on the winch, and at the same time, allow winch to
cool down periodically.
The winch is letting go while under load
1. It is likely that the brake of the winch need adjusting or replacing, and please check the rope is
feeding onto the drum correctly.
Wire rope drum does not turn
1. Please carefully check the wiring and make sure that the remote control is in good condition.
Remote control fails to work
1. Please change its battery. If it still fails, please check the wiring the winch or visit www.fieryred.com
for professional help.
Relay fails to work
1. Please check all wiring and connections carefully, if it still cannot work, please contact us
professional help.
WARRANTY:
Fieryred warrants that each of its electric winch that is purchased while this Warranty is in effect will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of receiving the
product from Fieryred or its authorized distributor/dealer. If a product fails to operate during the 1-year
Warranty Period as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, Fieryred will, at its option, repair it,
replace it with the same or similar product, or will issue a refund. Fieryred will pay for the cost of
shipping or transportation of a defective component to us.
Any and all warranty coverage does not cover replacement of parts and components damaged by abuse,
neglect, improper or unreasonable use, crash damage, water or excessive moisture, chemical damage,
improper or infrequent maintenance, accident, unauthorized alteration or modification or items that are
considered consumable.
