Pre-Installation (continued) Installation PACKAGE CONTENTS 1 3 Attaching the chain Attaching the cross bar to the outlet box □ Remove ring (DD) and screw collar loop (CC) from preassembled threaded nipple on cross bar (AA). □ Mount the cross bar (AA) to the outlet box using the two outlet box screws (BB). A □ Attach screw collar loop (CC) to the threaded nipple of cross bar (AA).

Installation (continued) 4 Installation (continued) 5 Connecting the electrical wires □ Strip the insulation of the ground wire from the fixture cord then wrap it around the ground screw (HH) on the cross bar (AA). Connect the stripped ground wire from the fixture cord to the ground wire from the outlet box. □ Connect the white wire from the fixture cord to the white wire (neutral wire) from the outlet box.
