Guidelines FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS WHEN IN USE COULD RESULT IN INJURY • Do not stand on the item or use as a step ladder • Do not use this item unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured and fastened. • Check all bolts and screws every 90 days. As necessary tighten if any are loose. • Lift up then move. Pushing over or dragging this product can result in an injury or cause damage to the floor and piece.
WARNING: DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY IN OR AROUND THE UNIT DUE TO THE POSSIBLE RISK OF INJURY. Pre-Assembly Preparation: Please read through this instruction booklet before beginning assembly of this item. Two adults are recommended for assembly. • Clear out the space for assembly and lay out all parts on Parts List, extra room will allow you to easily determine if all the pieces are present. • Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware.

Step 1 1. Remove all parts from the carton and place them on a protected surface or carpet. 2. Check all parts and hardware against the “Parts List”. 3. Attach the Post with Short Bolt (E) to the Top (A). Tighten by hand in the clockwise direction as shown below.
Step 2 1. Attach the Shelf (B) to the assembly unit on the Post with Short Bolt (E), then connect the Post with Long Bolt through the Shelf (B). Tighten by hand in the clockwise direction as shown below. 2. Repeat these steps to assemble the other two shelves.
Step 3 1. Attach the Bottom (C) to the assembly unit, then connect these pieces using Bolts (F) and washers (G) though the Bottom panel (C) to the Posts with Long Bolt (D). Fasten using the Allen Key (H). 2. Turn the assembled unit over. ATTENTION: Make sure all pieces are fully tightened before using.
Step 4 WE STRONGLEY RECOMEND ATTACHING THIS SHELF TO THE WALL TO PREVENT IT FROM TOPPLING OVER. The wall straps are pre-assembled for this shelf. Assembly Steps to attach the shelf to a wall 1. Use a pencil to mark the fixing positions on the wall. 2. Drill holes and insert the appropriate wall plugs (not provided) into the wall. 3. Place the shelf against the wall; make sure the strap is under the top panel. 4. Secure the wall strap to the wall with the appropriate screws (not provided) for your wall type.
