DEHYDRATING / DEFROSTING

Tips for Dehydrating
To obtaina highqualitydriedproduct,selectonlyunblemished,maturefruit.
Washfruit thoroughlyandpat dry, peelif desired.Unpeeledfruit will take longerto dry. Removestones,stemsor pipsif
necessary.Placefruit ona cookiesheetona shelfinthe oven.
To dehydratefoods,we recommendusingTrueAeroorAeroBakeat a temperatureof 120%/ 50°C.
Tips for Defrosting
Todefrostfoodsselectthe TrueAeromodeanda temperatureof 120_T/5O_C.Selectthe shelfposition(s)andplacefood that is
to bedefrostedinanovensafedishin the centerof the ovenshelf.
Llsethe minutetimerif desiredto time the defrostingprocess.Timetakento defrostwill dependonthe sizeandweightof the
item beingdefrosted-it paysto checkit regularly.

SelectBakeand80°F/ 30°C.
CONTROL PANEL LOCK
Lockingthe controlsdisablesallthe buttonsanddialswhichcanbe usefulwhen cleaningovensurfacesor preventingaccidental
bumpsandunauthorizeduse. Thecontrolpanelcanonlybe lockedwhenthe ovenis off.
PressPUSHTOCLEARandholddown for 5 secondsto lockthe controls.
