9 Troubleshooting:
Problem Help
The glue gun does not heat up. Check the connection to an operating mains
socket.
Check if the device is correctly plugged in the
heating station (only WZ HK 11-WL).
The glue sticks move very hardly. Make sure of using the right glue stick diameter
of 7.2mm or 11mm by reading chapter 11.
Adjust the blast pipe by turning.
other questions and problems Disconnect the device from mains immediately!
Do not touch the device and consult your dealer!
