1. Using the camera's web page, open the Wiper page.
2. Under Washer device installed, click On. To apply the change
to this setting, the camera needs to reboot. After the camera
reboots, log back in and open the Wiper page.
3. Set the washer position.
Click Advanced Settings.
Under Washer Position, use the PTZ controls to move the
camera into a position so that the washer sprays liquid over both
camera lens windows.
Click Set. The camera saves its current pan and tilt position as
the washer position.
You can also specify a wash spray duration between 0-10
seconds.
4. Activate the washer.
Under Washer, click Start. Make sure the washer activates.
Important
If the initial washer position does not spray liquid over both camera lens windows, reset the washer
position and try again.
2. Activate the wiper.
Under Wiper, click Start. Make sure the wiper performs one full wiper cycle.
Caution
Before activating the wiper, make sure the lens windows are wet. Using the wiper when the windows
are dry causes irreparable damage to the window coatings and voids the warranty.
