4. Use
The values can be set independently. First TIME will appear. The value can be entered
by using the keypad. By “swiping” the TIME box to the left DISTANCE and CALORIES
will appear. When you don’t want to enter the distance or burned calories you can press
DONE and the program will start.
During a training the resistance is adjustable. Press the red box in the top right corner.
Next, the workout profile will appear in the form of 20 different slides. Press on of the
sliders and slide up or down. After selecting the desired resistance press on the number
in the red box in the top right corner of the screen and you will return to the program.
Press the START button to start the training program. Press the PAUSE button to pause
the training and the STOP button to end the training program.
