4. Use
When the program is finished you can return to the main menu by pressing the HOME
button. After a training your able to “post” your result on Facebook or Twitter. For posting
you need an account to log in.
QUICK START - Start directly with a training
With the QUICK START program you don’t have to set anything except the resistance The
values TIME, DISTANCE and CALORIES will increase during the training. Press the red
box in the top right corner of the screen. A vertical slider will appear. Slide up or down
to increase or decrease the resistance. Press the red box is the top right corner again to
return to the program menu.
Now press the START button to start the training.
