4. Use
HRC - Hear Rate Controlled program
When you want to train by using your heart rate, select HRC in the training menu.
First the heart rate goal needs to be set. The default goal is set to 65%. Below you find 3
heart rate level suggestions.
55% WARM UP To start your training (10 min.)
65% FAT BURNING Fat burning (minimal 30 min.)
75% ENDURANCE TRAINING Improving stamina (depends on you basis stamina)
It is also possible to set your own heart rate level. For this option press X on the keypad
and enter your level. “Swipe” the heart rate box to the right to enter TIME. Press DONE
to get a overview of the training program.
This program uses the heart rate sensors on the handle bar or a chest belt for registering
the heart rate.
