4. Use
When you have selected the preferred profile a few values have to be entered: TIME,
DISTANCE and CALORIES. If no values are entered and start is directly pressed all
values will increase. Every 2 minutes the program will go to the next phase.
The values can be entered individually by pressing the wrench next to the value.
The scroll wheel will appear. By turning the scroll wheel clock or counter clockwise the
value can be set. Go back to the program by pressing the wrench button again. When
you choose to set one of the values the training will end when you have reached one of
this values.
The resistance can be increased or decreased during a training by moving the profile
slider up or down.
