4. Use
HRC - Hear Rate Controlled program
When you want to train by using your heart rate, select HRC in the training menu.
There will be a choice of 3 levels:
55% WARM UP to start your training (10 min.)
65% FAT BURNING Fat buring (minimal 30 min.)
75% ENDURANCE TRAINING Improving stamina (depends on you basis stamina)
Next to the 3 preset HRC programs your able to create your own HRC program. “Swipe”
(when in the screen shown above) to the right and you will get into the CUSTOM HRC
program.
