4� Anyaneventofforcenature,includinganyactof

  God(suchasooding,hurricane,earthquake,wind,

hail, tornado, lightening, etc�);

5� Anyenvironmentalcondion,including,butnot

  limitedto,airpolluon,andmoldandmildew

  (exceptasexpresslyprovidedotherwiseinthis

Limited Warranty for stain resistance);

6� Anystainingordiscoloraonfromforeign

substances, including, but not limited to, food,

  beverages,dirt,grease,oil,paint,coangmaterials,

  chemicalsubstances,andcleanersnotapprovedfor

  useintheFortressDeckCleaningandCareGuide

  (exceptasexpresslyprovidedotherwiseinthis

Limited Warranty for stain resistance);

7� Any staining or damage to the Product caused by

  abrasivecompoundsofacidicorbasicpH,

  paintsorstains,solvents,metallicrustorother

abnormal deck use items, and non-food and

  non-beveragesubstances,including,butnotlimited

  to,biocides,fungicides,plantfoodorbactericides,

  motoroilandsuntan/sunscreenloons;

8� Normalweathering(denedasnatural

  eorescence,exposuretosunlight,weatherand

  atmosphericcondionswhichcausesanycolored

surface to gradually fade, chalk, accumulate dirt or

  stains)andvariaonsorchangesincolor
