STAIR BRACKET: BRACKET INSTALLATION
Step 1: Boom Bracket Installaon (UB-04 or CB-04)
 1. Posionwood2”x4”(actual1-1/2”x3-1/2”[38mmx 
 89mm]) betweenposts.AsshowninFig.70.
 2. PosionboomUBorCBbracketcenteredatonpost& 
wood2”x4”(actual1-1/2”x3-1/2”[38mmx89mm]).Use
 penciltomarktopedgeofbracketlocaononpost.As 
 showninFig.71.
 3. PlaceUBorCBbracketbaseonprevioustopedgemark. 
Center the base on the post and use pencil to addmarks 
 fortwoscrewholelocaons.AsshowninFig.72&73.
 4. Dis-assemblethebracketbyremovingthebarrelandscrew.
Note:
• For best results, be sure bracket base is centered on post
when making marks.
Note:
The stair bracket installaon instrucons cover both
UB-04 and CB-04, only use steps specic to bracket being
installed.
