Attach the microwave oven to th e top cabinet.

MOUNT THE M ICROWAVE OVEN
FOR EASIER INSTALLATION AND PERSONAL
SAFETY, WE RECO MMEND THAT TWO PEOPLE
INSTALL THIS MICROWAVE OVEN.
NOTE: If your cabinet is metal, use th e nylon
grommet aroun d the power cord hole to preven t
cutting of the cord.
NOTE: We recommend using filler blocks if the
cabin et fron t h angs below the cabinet bottom shelf.
IMPORTANT: If filler blocks are not used,
case damage may occur from overtightening
screws.
Insert a self-aligning screw through top center
cabin et hole. Temporarily secure th e oven by
turn in g the screw at least two full turns after the
threads have engaged. (It will be completely
tigh ten ed later.) Be sure to keep power cord
tight. Be careful not to pinch the cord, especially
when mounting flush to bottom of cabinet.

lift oven by pulling cord.

CHECK BLOWER PLATE
Blow er Plate
Place the microwave in its uprigh t position, with th e
top of the un it facin g up.
Check to see that the blower plate is correctly
installed on the unit.
USE TOP CABINET TEMPLATE

CABINET

Read the instructions on th e TOP CABINET
TEMPLATE.
Tape it un dern eath the top cabinet.
Drill th e holes, following the in structions on the
TOP CABINET TEMPLATE.
CAUTION: Wear safety goggles wh en drilling holes
in the cabinet bottom.
You need to drill h oles for th e top support screws and
a hole large enough for the power cord to fit through.
Adjust top template accordin gly if the microwave
is being spaced out from the wall due to cabinet depth
(includin g cabinet doors) of more th n 13"""''.
NOTE:

IMPORTANT: Do not grip or use the handle
or heat shield during installation. Do not
remove the cardboard spacers between the
heat shield and door.
