Do not exhaust dryer into a chimney, a wall, a ceiling, an attic, a crawl space or any concealed space of a building. A clothes dryer produces combustible lint. I f the dryer is not exhausted outdoors, some fi ne lint will be expelled into the laundry area. An accumulation of lint in any area of the home can create a health and fi re hazard.

I NSTALLATI ON I NSTRUCTI ONS Gas connection 1 Remove the shipping cap from gas pipe at the rear of the dryer. 3 Open the shutoff valve in the gas supply line to allow gas to fl ow through the pipe. Wait a few minutes for gas to move through the gas line. I MPORTANT DO NOT connect the dryer to L.P. gas service without converting the gas valve. I NSTALLATI ON I NSTRUCTI ONS General installation 1 Connect the exhaust duct to the outside exhaust system. Use of a 4” (102 mm) clamp (item A) is recommended to connect the dryer to the exhaust vent system. Use metal foil tape to seal all other joints. 2 Use a carpenter’s level to level your dryer front-to-back and side-to-side. 3 Use adjustable pliers to adjust the leveling legs so the dryer is level front-to-rear and side-to-side, and stable corner-to-corner.
REVERSI NG DOOR Your dryer is designed so the door swing may be reversed at any time without additional parts. Conversion is accomplished by transferring hinges and door strike to the opposite sides of the cabinet. 1 Be sure you have adequate swing area before reversing door. 2 You will need a screw driver with a Phillips bit. 3 Protect fl at work surface, such as top of dryer or fl oor near dryer, with a soft cloth or towel.
REVERSI NG DOOR 5 Remove the striker plate and the latch plate from the front panel. 7 Grasping fi rmly the top of the door, position the door near the door opening and align the top hinge hole to the top hole in the front panel door opening. Attach the upper hinge to the front panel with one screw. Once the fi rst screw is started, attach the second screw to the lower hinge. Once both screws are tightened, install the remaining two screws.
