SYSTEM SPECIFICATION AND PERFORMANCE DATA SHEET
PureSource 2
®
NGFC-2000 Ice and Water Filter System
APPLICATION GUIDELINES / CONDITIONS OF USE
Water Supply Municipal or well applications
Water Temp. Max. 100°F (38°C), Min. 33°F (0.6°C) - For cold water use only
Water Pressure 100 psi (690 kPa) Max. 30 psi (207 kPa) Min., as measured at the valve inlet
Replace your filter cartridge at least every 6 months for the product to perform as advertised. Please refer to the Use and Care Guide for general op-
eration and maintenance requirements. Your refrigerator will have an electronic light on the freezer door dispenser that lights up yellow when the filter
is almost ready for replacement and lights up red when the filter must be replaced. The indicator is pressed for approximately 3-10 seconds to reset
after replacing the filter cartridge. Please refer to the Use & Care Guide for complete instructions. Flush the new cartridge for 3 minutes.
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems
certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected waters that may contain filterable cysts.
While testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions, actual performance may vary. High sediment areas may require more frequent
filter cartridge replacement.
PureSource 2
®
Water Filter System will absorb bad tastes and odors in both ice cubes and drinking water.
