Network Camera
Overview of a network video system
Camera functions are exclusively included in MaxSea Explorer connected to a NavNet
3D System.
MaxSea TimeZero Explorer configurated with the NavNet 3D system can now display video
when a network camera is plugged in. Network video system uses wireless IP network for
transporting digital video, audio and others data. A network video system allows video to be monitored
on the network. The core components of a network video system consist of chosen a network camera.
MaxSea is compatible with Axis and Flir network cameras.
AXIS has a wide range of network cameras, some of them are fixed network cameras and others are
PTZ network cameras. MaxSea is compatible with the two forms.
The network Flir camera belonging to the range M-Series can be connected to MaxSea via network.
The essential difference between Fixed and PTZ cameras is that PTZ Network camera offers video
network functionality combined with the Pan/ Tilt and zoom capability. MaxSea will easily be able to
control the camera's movement via network.

Camera Solutions are an optional add-on to MaxSea TimeZero Explorer Pack.
MaxSea TimeZero will display Video view in real time and control movement if the connected camera
allows it (compatible PTZ camera)
All FLIR M series are Network PTZ Camera. A network PTZ camera is an all-in-one integrated
networked pan/tilt/zoom camera that allows users to remotely control the pan/tilt/zoom functions live
over your local area network.
Go To
MaxSea |Options | Install and click on "Camera Install"
Display the Video viewer
Click on the cross in the NavData Bar to add the Camera NavData
If the video viewer is empty , right click on it and choose the Nickname of the
configured camera
The drawing joystick is overlaying on the video if the connected camera is a PTZ
