The Food Processor is designed only for short time operation of max. 3 minute. If you need it for longer, switch it off after 3 minutes and allow the motor to cool for 1 minute. The appliance has a safety contact, which allows the motor to start running only if the bowl and the lid are positioned correctly on the motorblock.
