WARNING:
Always release the on/off button, wait until the motor stops and unplug the
appliance before lifting the whisk out of the food, laying down the appliance or assembling/
disassembling the whisk. Only use the whisk in combination with the whisk gear box. Before
connecting the appliance to the mains power supply, always ensure that the appliance is
assembled correctly, according to the following instructions. Do not touch the whisk with
your hands or any objects (i.e. hair, clothes, tissue), when it is mounted and the appliance is
connected to the mains power supply. Before pressing the on/off button, immerse the whisk
in the food (up to the half of its height at most), to avoid excessive splashing and dripping
of liquids onto the appliance.
CAUTION:
Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing drinks
and milkshakes and ready-mix desserts. Do not use any fragile vessels with the appliance
(i.e. fine dinking glasses or china). It is recommended to use high-sided and medium-sized
stainless steal or plastic vessels like the vessle provided. During operation, prevent the
whisk from touching the interior walls of the vessel.
1. Prepare your food in a sufficiently large and high-sided vessel.
2. Insert the whisk shaft in the whisk gear box until it engages with a click.
3. Insert the motor housing in the whisk gear box and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks.
There may be no gap between the motor housing and whisk gear box. The whisk must be
locked firmly and may not wobble.
4. Adjust the variable speed switch to select the desired speed.
High speed settings are desired for beating egg white or whipping cream.
5. Immerse the whisk in the food.
6. Connect the power plug to a suitable wall power outlet.
7. Hold on to the vessel and press the on/off button to start the motor. Slowly move the whisk
around during operation, but ensure that the whisk will not touch the interior walls of the vessel.
CAUTION:
Do not use the appliance in continuous operation for more than 1 minute to
avoid overheating. If processing large quantities of food, regularly interrupt operation and
unplug the appliance for at least 5 minutes, to let the motor cool down.
In most cases, 1 minute processing time is sufficient. If not, follow the requested breaks (at
least 5 minutes) to avoid overheating.
8. Whisk your food to the desired quality, but at least after 1 minute of continuous
operation release the on/off button and wait until the motor stops, before you lift the whisk
out of the food.
9. Unplug the appliance and then lay down the appliance on a stable dry and clean
surface, where it can not fall.
