Speedcontrol
It is possible to process food with all kind of texture using the speedcontrol. The
control panel has therefore different marks. You find some ideas and proposals on how
to use the different speed.
1, 2, 3 Interval operation: ideal for processing nuts (i. e. almonds),
boiled meat or fish. Pick any speed from 1 to 3 for your needs
4 For onions, thick sauces, etc. It does not get a sauce foamy.
5 For cooking recipes and salad dressings.
6 To combine milkpowder, juice and gelatine or preparing eggs
for omelettes
7 Highest speed. Used for grinding hard and solid seeds such
as beans, cafe, chickpeas, ice cubes.
Ideal for preparing Frappe-ice; throw in the ice cubes one
after the other.
Good for mashing fruit and vegetable, making whipped cream or
grinding sugar to make icing sugar.
The length of mixing time depends on your personal preferences, the consistency of
the ingredients and the recipe.
Interval-function: The PULS-switches are touch sensitive switches which keep the
motor running only for the time you press the switch down. As soon as you release
the switch the motor stops.
Mixing: The MIX-switches are for permanent operation. The motor only stops when
pressing the ´OFF`-switch.
Suggestions:
Majonaise: 2 minutes
Peanutbutter: 2,5 to 3 minutes
Dressing: 12 seconds
Cream: 1 minute
Kibble cereal: 30 seconds and more
Sauce: 45 seconds
Milkpowder: 10 to 15 seconds
Backing mixture: 2 minutes
Fruit: 5 to 30 seconds
Cocktails: 5 to 8 seconds
