Product Description:
General Finishes Oil Base Wood Stains are considered the
standard in the industry. Produced from the highest qual-
ity oils, resins, and pigments, our Oil Base Wood Stains
produce deep, rich colors demanded by today’s quality
standards. These wiping stains penetrate deeply into the
grain of the wood. Once dry, they may be topcoated with
oil, water, or solvent-based finishes, varnishes, or lac-
quers. General Finishes Oil Base Wood Stains are avail-
able in a variety of stock colors, and may be tinted to
match your specific needs. They provide plenty of open
time for wiping, and are formulated for low odor and easy
clean-up.
Application:
Apply via applicator, wiping cloth, brush or spray. Stir
well before application. Apply liberal amount of stain to
the surface and allow to penetrate several minutes. Wipe
off stain evenly with a clean, dry cloth. A second coat may
be applied to darken the color. Allow 6 –72hours dry be-
fore topcoating.
