Should you have any problems with the products purchased from the «General Satellite» Corporation, we
recommend you to only address authorized service centres (ASC) whose addresses you can learn from us
or our dealers. The «General Satellite» Corporation constantly improves the quality of service and increases
the number of service-centres within the territory of Russia, as well as outside Russia. Only these centres
could help you to solve the arisen problems skilfully and within the shortest time. Our earnest request
is that you read attentively the User Manual, and check the correctness of lling-in of the Warranty Card,
in order to prevent misunderstanding. Please check the availability of the date of sale, signature of the
seller and stamp of the trading organisation. The company-manufacturer provides 1 year free-of-charge
technical maintenance from the day of purchase of the commodity by the customer. With this Warranty
Card, the «General Satellite» Corporation conrms absence of any defects in the product purchased by
you. The «General Satellite» Corporation undertakes to provide free-of-charge repair and replacement of
faulty elements during the entire warranty period specied in the Warranty Card. The warranty period will
be prolonged for the period the product stays at an ASC. However, the «General Satellite» Corporation
reserves the right to refuse to perform free-of-charge guarantee repairs in case of non-observance of
warranty conditions stated hereunder. All the warranty conditions are in force within the frameworks of
the Law of protection of consumers and are governed by the legislation of the country.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The warranty shall only be valid in case of correctly and legibly lled-in Warranty Card, with indication
of serial number of the article, the date of sale, the warranty period, and legible stamp of the seller
company.
2. Free-of-charge repairs shall only be performed during warranty period specied in the given Warranty
Card.
3. The serial number and model of the product shall correspond to serial number and model specied in
the Warranty Card.
4. Warranty shall become void for the product in case of infringement of the rules of operation stated in
the User Manual.
5. Warranty shall become void for the product in the following cases:
In case of breaking the integrity of seals; •
In case where the product has traces of extraneous intervention, or in case of an attempt of repair of •
the product at an unauthorised service-centre;
If non-authorised changes are found out, in design or circuitry of the product, except for the cases •
stipulated in the User Manual;
If the equipment intended for operation under home conditions was used for industrial or professional •
purposes.
6. The warranty shall nor cover the following malfunctions:
Mechanical damages; •
Damages due to use of non-original access cards; •

