DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat Indoor/Outdoor grill on setting 4.
2. In a large saucepan, bring brats, onions and beer to a boil. turn heat down to medium
and continue cooking for 12 minutes.
3. Drain beer from brats and onions, and return onions to saucepan.
4. Place brats onto preheated grill and place lid on grill. Grill for 10 minutes per side.
5. Meanwhile, melt butter with onions, sugar and salt on medium high heat. Once butter is
melted, turn heat down to medium-low and allow onions to caramelize, string
occasionally.
6. Top brats with caramelized onions prior to serving.

2 small onions, sliced
2 cans beer
