3.2.20.1 Trimming a session

If the user wishes to copy a part of the session in use and save it on a new session file, it is necessary to use

the Trim session function.

This function will be found in the MX2 File menu.

Once the window has opened, select the position and the name of the new session file to be created by

clicking Save as… The file save dialog box will be opened.

Next, at the bottom of the window, select the interval of time or the laps to trimmed and used in the new

session. Click on Trim to begin the process of creating a new session.

The saved file can be analysed again by opening the session which has just been generated.
