Using the phone

Activating/deactivating the handset
a In idle status, press and hold the end call key (confirmation tone).
Activating/deactivating keypad lock
Keypad lock prevents any inadvertent use of the phone.
# In idle status, press and hold the pound key (confirmation tone).
The keypad lock is switched on or off. When it is switched on,
the
ยบicon appears in the display.
If the keypad lock is activated, a corresponding message is displayed when you
press a key.
Keypad lock deactivates automatically when you receive a call. It is reactivated
when the call is finished.
Please note
When keypad lock is active, you cannot dial/call emergency numbers.
